Happy Easter!! He Has Risen!!

What a beautiful day!!!  It was a wonderful sabbath day.  Dad had no meetings today and was able to spend the WHOLE day with us.  What a treat!!

Sunday night dinner prepared by Dad & Sara.  We enjoyed a ham, roasted asparagus (especially requested by Daniel), layered jello, homemade bread (special request by Jared) and a veggie tray.  It was a lovely meal!

10th Anniversary of September 11, 2001

This afternoon we had an opportunity to thank our local first responders.  It was a great community event.  I'm grateful our family could attend and participate in the ceremony.

Sara patiently waited for her turn to get a picture with one of the dancers but when the time came, Sara wasn't so sure about it after all.  

Bryan said Sara's favorite part of the evening was being invited on stage to 'dance' with all the other little girls from the audience.

The Big Freeze

The big freeze we had this season really hit our lemon tree hard.  It's not looking too good.  Bryan and Sara are checking out the fruit to see if we could salvage any of it.  So sad.  How we love our little lemon tree!

Little Tidbits

Bryan cleaned out his office at the church today. The children used to bring him little gifts and pictures they drew. They were always so thoughtful. I know he will miss it. It's hard to say good bye to a calling you loved so much.
